I built this baby out of foam core and a lot of push pins. It's not spot on with the original drawing, but I'll be doing more variants.

Interpretations of Leonardo's drawing vary greatly.

Now, the scale of the original drawings is not always ascertained: if not this moving bastion, at least previous post 'Clanker' would not look out of scale with Unkerlant troops -even 10mm: a real 'Land Leviathan', but not incredible; the aperttures on the turret would be embrasures for rampart muskets rather than vision slits...; February 19, 2010 at 4:36 PM
