I wouldn't worry too much about it looking like the drawing. The drawing would have been the prototype and changed might be made as it went into production or saw use in the field.
Now, the scale of the original drawings is not always ascertained: if not this moving bastion, at least previous post 'Clanker' would not look out of scale with Unkerlant troops -even 10mm: a real 'Land Leviathan', but not incredible; the aperttures on the turret would be embrasures for rampart muskets rather than vision slits...
