Galactic Heroes: The Great Mercenary Mash Up

Previously a Majordomo, Bib Fortuna now lays claim to Jabba’s vacant throne. He builds an army of mercenaries to keep hold of his grip on Covid Prime.

But sometimes fate steps in to rescue the wretched. A long thought dead former bounty hunter returns from the dune seas to challenge Fortuna’s claim to Jabba’s criminal empire.

We had an 8 player game of Fistful of Lead Galactic Heroes. Four players were part of Bib's crew while the other worked for Boba Fett. There were places around the town that protection money could be collected, but also rivals to rub out.

Just a few of the mercenaries.

The town is quiet. A little too quiet...

Somebody's pet got loose when the first Joker is used.

Boba knocking on doors and demanding tribute

Great use of a drone in the game.

"Oh crap, Precious is loose!"

Snipers make use of the high ground.

"You're in the wrong part of town, kid"

We had a great time. A Rancor got loose. Tuskens showed up to cause trouble. Boba's team (ME!) chewed threw the opposition pretty easily with only the loss of 4 mercenaries. There's a new boss in town!

Wasteland Warriors mini campaign

We got together for a rare Saturday game to enjoy a few drinks, oh and game of Fistful of Lead: Wasteland Warriors.

Four games were competing for scavenged tech in No Man's Land just outside their territories. It was full of Rad zombies, Terror Eyes and booby traps. Great fun was had on a beautiful table created by Lead Addict himself.

Catch a video after action HERE.

Oldie but a Goodie

Last night we sat down to play one of our favorites. We've been enjoying Flower of Chivalry now for almost 30 years. It never gets old.

As usual, a fairly close fight until the end. And as always, a cat on the table.

You can see a video of the whole battle report HERE.

The Annual Revenant Hunt- a Tales of Horror adventure

“You are cordially invited to this year’s event of the season. The Annual Revenant Hunt and Fundraiser for St Agatha’s Home for Unfortunate Children. It‘s that time of year again!

The dead have risen and the best Hunters from around the world have gathered to hunt them down and return them permanently to the grave.”

Things started out well for the hunters. Few zombies were appearing, and those that did were easily dispatched.

But then, something changed in the air. Zombies were appearing it seemed everywhere. With a screeching sound of rusty cemetery gates, a grat beast made of gravestones and tombs appeared!

This creature dispatched a few underlings before being held in place by a few heroes. Three spawn points were destroyed which seemed to severely weaken the creature.

Just as the tide seemed to be turning back in the Hunter's favor, another Dark Lord appeared, Baron Blackheart, the Vampire Lord. He was soon followed by a werewolf and a shrieking ghost.

The Hunters managed to destroy half the spawn points before dawn, but by then it was too late. The Revenant horde was loose!

Great fun was had, with the game swinging back and forth. You can watch it HERE.

We'll be doing a follow up game with some brave soldiers protecting the capital from the undead legion!
