R.I.P. Frank Frazetta

This illustrator is one of the reasons I got into drawing myself. Also gaming. He made Conan, Tarzan, John Carter, all come to life.

    He certainly set the standard. I also like a lot of his more comic-like pen and ink work.

    I did a pen and ink parody of the Death Dealer, way way back for one of the old hobby magazines. One of the few pictures I ever got paid for (got about $5 for it, iirc).
